Two New Scripts!
Two new scripts! I call them...
Gatsby
And...The Other One
Any ideas on names? This is secretly my favorite script that I've been trying to master for years without ANY luck. Couldn't tell how the hey. Which nib? Which holder? What combination??
Then one day, in a post-knee-surgery haze, it hit me...
Gently. But with conviction.

A Love Letter to Greenwich Letterpress
hello again.
i have so much to share, i don't know where to begin. i want to talk about gnomes, but i shan't. nay, i shall. but i shouldn't. at least not yet. first, the *exciting* new development of being named in-house calligrapher for greenwich letterpress. seriously, does everyone know them? if not, may i make the formal introduction?
they are the most special. comprised of two rockin' sisters, amy and beth, who own and operate the most darling little letterpress store in all of new york city. how do i know that it's the most darling? i didn't take a poll or anything. i know from personal experience. because, during my first few (or five) years in the city, i used to look like this each time i'd happen to mosey by their storefront.
little did i know...
fast forward six little years...
i'd see this...
i am excited. i love sisters and writing and flowers and paper and families and spring. thank you, new york.
love,
sarah
p.s. i will always be that puppy.
